The Secret to Taking Criticism Without Taking It Personally

Hello, my lovely glow-getter!

If we want to grow and excel we need to be constructively criticized. Even though criticism is warranted in that way, it’s not always easy to hear.

The typical advice on taking criticism is to take what’s useful and leave the rest. This strategy is easy in theory, but difficult in practice.

In this week’s video blog, I share why this advice can be a struggle and what to do instead.

I’d love to hear your thoughts. How do you take criticism without taking it personally? The comment section is where the GLOW community thrives. Thank you for sharing your wisdom!

Love and glow,

Saren
